Marcel helped my wife and I find a home in the Bothell area. Our situation was complicated as we were searching from out of state. Marcel came recommended from a friend and we couldn't have been happier with his service. Marcel visited several properties for us, and even sent us a video walkthrough of a house we really wanted to see. When we found a house that we decided we wanted to see in person, Marcel arranged an inspector and did the leg work to make sure our timeline allowed getting an offer in. Marcel also had a strong negotiation strategy. After some negotiation with the seller, our offer was accepted, and Marcel followed us through the process all the way through closing. Throughout the whole process, Marcel was really knowledgeable and was great about communicating - he was reachable by phone day or night, whenever the need came up. I'd highly recommend Marcel, and we'll be coming back to him for any future real estate needs our family has.

This is my second time working with Marcel and I am very pleased with his professionalism and dedication. We were able to knock down the listing by approximately 20K which is unheard of in this market. Additionally, Marcels customer service is top notch. When I moved into my new home it was a disaster. The previous owner did not clean anything! I sent a text to Marcel saying how awful it was and his response was amazing. He hired a cleaner and paid for 4 hours out his pocket. That was a HUGE help.
